How is this different from a Property Condition Assessment (PCA)?

Commercial inspections are sometimes confused with Property Condition Assessments. While both evaluate a building's condition, a PCA is a more extensive, standards-driven process - typically conducted in accordance with ASTM guidelines and often involving a team of engineers and architects. PCAs are generally required by institutional lenders for large-scale acquisitions and produce formal reports with detailed cost projections.

Arrow does not perform PCAs. Our commercial inspections offer a practical, thorough alternative for buyers and investors who need a clear, honest assessment of a property's condition without the scope and cost of a full engineering study.
