Ethan Martinez

Ethan brings more than 17 years of hands-on construction experience and 7 years of residential and commercial inspection expertise to every project. As Co-Owner and Lead Commercial Inspector, he manages each inspection from planning to final report, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive evaluation and clear, actionable recommendations. His background includes six years as a commercial electrician, providing an in-depth understanding of electrical systems, building construction, and how commercial properties perform over time.

HVAC Specialist/Inspector

James Reyes

James combines over two decades of hands-on HVAC experience with a passion for helping clients make informed commercial real estate decisions. After passing his Master HVAC exam, he spent years installing, servicing, and evaluating complex mechanical systems before transitioning into commercial property inspections. His practical field experience gives clients confidence that critical building systems are being evaluated by someone who understands how they perform in the real world - not just on paper.

Roofing Specialist

Vadym Shvets

Vadym works alongside the Arrow team as a roofing specialist, providing detailed roof assessments and repair estimates for commercial properties. His expertise helps clients gain a clearer understanding of roofing conditions and potential replacement or repair considerations before they purchase or invest. Vadym is owner of local business "Golden Bee Roofing" based in Colorado Springs, CO.

CCPIA® Certified

Our inspectors hold the CCPIA® Certified Commercial Property Inspectors designation, demonstrating their advanced expertise and experience inspecting commercial buildings. This training and certification provides us with in-depth knowledge of how buildings are meant to function and the ability to identify issues that could compromise performance and long-term value. By evaluating critical systems and components, we ensure clients receive reliable and detailed insights about their property.
