Arrow is proudly operated by husband-and-wife team Ethan and Jessica Martinez. Ethan is a CCPIA Certified Commercial Property Inspector with over fifteen years of experience in the construction trades. A UCCS graduate and Colorado Springs native, his background includes work as a commercial and residential electrician, along with certifications as a drone pilot, mold inspector, and NRSB Radon Technician. Jessica, a University of Florida graduate, serves as the company’s marketing director and is also a licensed Realtor, as well as an NRSB Radon Measurement Professional. They are based out of the Colorado Springs area and share two beautiful daughters as well as a passion for the inspection industry.
